Anaadi Pooran

Anaadi Pooran is a conservation practitioner and sustainability professional from Trinidad and Tobago. She holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Fulbright Scholar. Her previous roles include Adjunct Faculty and Research Assistant at the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT), and Graduate NY Conservation Innovation Intern at The Nature Conservancy.

Anaadi currently serves as the Initiatives Manager at Sustainable Innovation Initiatives Inc., managing and coordinating key projects such as the Caribbean Wildlife Enforcement Network and the Caribbean Songbird Project. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about permaculture, which emphasizes the importance of observing and interacting with natural systems to create sustainable and regenerative living environments.
