Grassroots Support Initiative
The Grassroots Support Initiative builds capacity for community-led organizations that have taken social and ecologically regenerative action despite lacking access to resources that would be considered basic in more affluent circles. By offering in-kind labor, outreach, and technical assistance, we enable these organizations to implement effective and impactful projects.
By empowering local communities and fostering sustainable development, the Grassroots Support Initiative plays a crucial role in achieving SII’s mission.

SKY Eco-Development Organization
SKY works toward the development of coastal communities in an environmentally sustainable way, using international best practice strategies and technologies. Brighter Initiatives Revitalization Development (BIRD-Liberia)
BIRD performs advocacy and mediation to enable marginalized and deprived communities in Liberia to become more self-reliant.
