Hammond Noriega

Hammond Noriega is the station manager for SII’s first field station, which he designed and constructed. He holds a Master of Science degree in Urban Affairs, Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. Hammond’s professional experience includes roles as Project coordinator for the City of Miami Redevelopment Agency, Director of Development Planning and Maintenance for Trinidad’s Chaguaramas Development Authority, Project Analyst for the Metro Dade County Transit Authority, and Constable in the Trinidad & Tobago Police Force. Hammond has often been the “face” of our most grassroots efforts, where “boots on the ground” experience matters most in social dynamics.
